In the case of applying for a place with a spouse, child or guardian of a disabled person, it is necessary to submit the consent to the processing of the personal data of the spouse or guardian. The scanned declaration may be sent to the address: stypendia@uj.edu.pl with the scan of the marriage certificate/birth certificate.

Declaration from the family member / guardian of a disabled person with reference to applying for a place in a dormitory

Information regarding rules and deadlines for applying and allocating places in the dormitories for the Medical College’s students is available on the Division for Education and Academic Careers website.

To receive a place in a dormitory during the round designated for a particular group of students, fill in and register the appropriate form in USOSweb. It is unnecessary to fill in the Declaration of income and submit the printed application.

Choose the appropriate application in USOSweb > Common section tab having in mind your year of study for which you are applying:

  • Housing application for a place in a dormitory - senior students, academic year (without MC) – for JU students who continue their studies on the same cycle of studies;
  • Housing application for academic year - freshmen year of second cycle studies (without MC) – for students who will begin their second-cycle studies in the upcoming academic year, including international students who graduated from first-cycle studies at the JU;

There is also an application for doctoral students of the JU – Housing application for 2021/2022 academic year (JU PhD Students without MC) and an appropriate application for the doctoral students of the Medical College.

While filling in the application you:

  • choose and rank preferred dormitories (firstly, add dormitories to the list, secondly, rank them from the most to the least preferred ones);
  • may indicate the dormitory where you do not want to live (if you will not add a dormitory where you do not want to live to the basket and will not receive a place in other preferred dormitories, you will not receive a place in any of the dormitories);
  • may indicate students with whom you would like to live in a dormitory (suggestions will be taken into consideration only if each of the students indicated by you will indicate: the same other students from your list).
