During your studies there are situations in which you must write a request to your Secretary Office or central administration unit. You can submit some applications via USOSweb, while the templates of the most frequently repeated applications can be found on the website below:
- Notice of student’s leave of absence

- Notice of withdrawal from a declared course due to change of class schedule
