This Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 09:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., an INFO.OPT Open Day will be held at the headquarters of the Department of Foreigners' Affairs of the Malopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow (6 Przy Rondzie Street).
As part of the event, it will be possible to:
- attach documents to pending cases,
- obtain free assistance in preparing the application,
- obtain general information on legalization of residence and work,
- obtain detailed information on pending cases,
- pick up a residency card after booking an appointment in advance and submitting a paper confirmation of payment (not applicable to those who paid via Paybynet).

Mondays 07:00 - 18:00, Tuesdays through Fridays 07:30 - 15:30 at the headquarters of the MUW Department of Foreigners' Affairs.
