In the 2023/2024 academic year, the monthly occupancy fee is PLN 560 for a place in a dormitory room.
The reservation fee will cover the fee for the first month of living (October) in a dormitory/the Doctoral House.
Failure to pay the reservation fee in a given time will be regarded as a resignation from the allocated place.
Detailed information regarding the payment procedure, including the bank account number for the payment, will be sent to you by the administration office of the allocated dormitory.
Individuals who paid the reservation fee but would like to resign from the allocated place until 13th September may apply for a refund to the administration of the allocated dormitory in USOSweb (the application must be registered before the date of blockage of places – 4th October 2023 for the academic year 2023/2024).
