Between January and March, places are allocated for the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
As part of the ongoing application period, participants of the Erasmus+ international exchange programme may submit applications for a place in a student dormitory for the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. A place for the summer semester cannot be allocated earlier than February 2026.
Important dates:
- announcement of results for Erasmus+ international exchange programme participants:
- 3 February 2026
- 12 February 2026
- places will be allocated for the period from 23 February 2026 to 30 June 2026,
- the move-in deadline is 4 March 2026. Failure to move in by that date will result in the loss of the allocated place.
Full-time students
Places for full-time students are processed according to the existing rules, i.e. within the framework of the weekly UKE SSUJ duty hours. By default, all applications are treated as applications for a place for the summer semester. If you need to obtain a place earlier, please indicate this in the justification of your application.
Application submission procedure
To submit an application, you must:
- Log in to the USOSweb system,
- Go to the “Common section” tab → “Applications”,
- Register the Housing application for a place in a JU dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year
In the application, you must indicate and document, among other things, the amount of net income per person in the family from the last full month. Failure to indicate or document the income will result in no points being awarded in this category.
