It is not necessary to deliver certificate of health condition for most fields of studies, however for some studies, during which students may be exposed to harmful factors, it is necessary to deliver certificate from occupational physician.

Below you may find a list of medical facilities where is it possible to conduct medical examination in English or Polish (to see the full list of facilities change website's language version), with which Jagiellonian University concluded contracts for the declaration of medical services in the field of conducting medical examination of candidates for studies, students, participants and listeners of doctoral studies who potentially in their future profession or in the process of practical training will be exposed to factors that are harmful, burdensome or dangerous to health:

In the medical facilities listed above you may carry out medical examination free of charge. It should be remembered that there is a possibility to carry out medical examination in the other facilities on the territory of Poland, but in that case an additional fees may be required.
